Upon successfully completing the Marketing Management Trainee Program, your career roadmap will continue as follows:
🔹6-12 months: Senior Associate in Marketing Operations/Influencer Marketing.

🔹18-30 months: Marketing/Creative Manager.

- Regional Experience: Experience with U.S. or EU e-commerce markets.
- Experience with Meta Ads or Website Building is a plus.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- CEO Support: Assist the CEO with strategic projects, research, report preparation, and implementation of key initiatives. This position will be mentored and directed by the CEO.
- Technical Savvy: Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies/AI and tools that enhance marketing efforts on Shopify platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing operations.
- Campaign Management: Setup, implement, and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our audience.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain excellent communication and project management skills. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with business objectives.
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing platforms. Demonstrate the ability to learn swiftly and apply new knowledge to ongoing projects.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize and improve results.
General Information
- Department: Front-end Team.
- Marketing Management Trainee Duration: 06 months.
- Working Hour:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break).
- Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. We spend morning on running and reviewing our week.
- Working Location: On-site, 18A Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
